Book Corrections

Unfortunately, there are some minor printing errors in the book that need to be corrected. Most are technical, but some errors may cause certain questions to become invalid. Below are the errors in question. All corrections in bold text should be noted so that you can answer the questions correctly.

Note: (i) The spelling of Litres, Metres etc. has the American spelling in some parts of the book.
           (ii) Fractional parts, e.g., “, !, etc. and the term percent/percentage should be followed by the word ‘was’.

  • Test 5: No. 15) “…the perimeter of the shape below is 32cm
  • Test 6: No. 32) ‘photograph’ should be ‘pictograph’.
  • Test 8: No. 24) All 5 items on the balanced scale below have a total weight of 9.15kg. (The bag of Flour should not have 5kg)
  • Test 9: No. 32) If in the sixth inning his score is 0…
  • Test 10: No. 34) First Shape is ‘Q’, Second Shape is ‘R’.
  • Test 13: No. 36) ‘Transport’ should be ‘Points’.
  • Test 14: No. 16) ‘parallelogram’ should be ‘quadrilateral’
  • Test 15: No. 25) ‘were’ should be ‘was’
